Nope, I'm cool with them choosing Blu-Ray, as it means third-party games are not held back this time around.
Also, it means that Microsoft is constantly shelling out money to the Blu-Ray Consortium, of which Sony is a major shareholder, money which will then partly be used by Sony to fund more great exclusives on the PS4 that will make xbox fanboys shed tears of blood, like God of War or Horizon: Zero Dawn, as they have next to nothing to play on their system. Definitely cool wi...

I'd go with Just Cause 2 or 3, or GTA V, or TES IV: Oblivion, or perhaps just Tetris I suppose. or Super Mario World, or, something a bit kinkier to keep me entertained if I were going to live alone on that island, but in this department I can't say there's a lot of titles that spring to my mind...Help?

edit @ Fistf4chin
You ought to try the Just Cause series, man, esp. from the 2nd instalment, these games are pure unadulterated fun, much more entertai...

Oh come on, "promotes rape culture"... reactionary much?
(You can't even take off the girl's bra, let alone panty! What a of crock of bul...!!!)

...*ahem*, wouldn't it be nice to improve upon the gameplay by allowing gamers to make full use of the increasingly immersive ways of interacting with the digital content experienced in the virtual world by, perhaps, enabling the player to have a richer interaction with other characters?

I fell for the Bauernfängerei so you guys don't have to. Obvious click-bait shan't be rewarded with clicks. Here's the list:

1 – The Last of Us (2013)
2 – Super Mario World (1990)
3 – Papers, Please (2013)
4 – Shadow of the Colossus (2005)
5 – Final Fantasy VI (1994)
6 – Pac-Man Championship Edition DX (2010)
7 – Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (2004)
8 – The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worl...

LOL, wow, that's a kick in the teeth to xbox gamers if I ever saw one.
After the PS4 raping the xbox one in sales to the tune of 2:1 and Street Fighter V being revealed as PS4-exclusive, I doubt they have many to spare...

"It’ll release on PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 13th"

'dafuck?! Where is the PS3 version? The 2 games were previously available for the last gen systems, why not this time around? Talk about a "definitive experience", yeah right.
This is one game that can be enjoyed equally as well on the PS4 and PS3, since thanks to the Fox engine the game looks also very good on last gen systems still, and of course you can play it online for free on the...

Article written by a PC fanboy I think. Nice for gamers who have a super-powerful rig, I suppose.
What about PS4?

"Of course, I don’t think the PS4 Slim looks better than the Xbox One S, which I truly believe is one of the best looking consoles ever made. "

Err, I do personally think the PS4 Slim looks better than the Xbox One S.
I don't know what the craze is all about with the design of the xbox one s, it just looks like one of those cr@p vintage pocket transistor, esp. in white:

Wow, it's quite a bit better than the PC version!
...that is, mod for the textures pack excluded :(

Die Hard Trilogy (the 2nd part obviously) on PS1 is still great after all those years.

This time around, thanks to Sony allowing Microsoft to have the Blu-Ray, the game's potential shouldn't be held back by a last-gen format, like Final Fantasy XIII was in its time because of Microsoft's poor choice to stick with DVD for the Xbox360 last gen, which had severely impacted the development of the game and had resulted in PS3 owners also receiving the short end of the stick.
Here's hoping this FF XV will be good, then.

Really? I've been wondering whether I should re-buy it on the PS3, seeing as I still have my PS2 copy (collector's steelbook at that!:D) already, and since it was one of those rare titles with widescreen support and a 60Hz option on the PS2, maybe I shouldn't bother with the PS3 version, I don't know, there doesn't seem to be a lot of improvements on the PS3 version, and I'm not even sure the extra content that was on the PS2 version made the jump on the PS3...?

Yeah well, let's see if Star Citizen becomes a game at all first... It took 5 years of development and some 120 million $ for them to get to the point where they could make a presentation of the game at Gamescom 2016 where they had an admittedly great looking tech demo that essentially consisted of a spaceship flying between a couple tiny stations floating in space, and 1 base on a planet, equally as small. I don't want to rain on your parade man, but at this rate, even if the devs d...

I understand that most people (esp. PC gamers) prefer Crysis 1, but I personally liked Crysis 2 way better. Yes yes, I know the world was less open-ended than the first one, but it was still semi-open most of the time, and had an impressive look and atmosphere to boot, thanks in part to Hans Zimmer's score, and the VO of that suit, and the locations, and...I found it all around much more badass than Crysis 1.

On topic, it's nice to see a dev allot funds (a whopping ...
